There was a bit of snow on the grass when I got home from work tonight. It looked almost like a blizzard when I looked out of the windows at work today but it didn't last.

At noon I get my brakes fixed. I think the rear brakes have been down to nothing for months but I just didn't realize it because the car still stops just fine using the fronts. Still, it's a bad bit of business.

Grass was dry despite it being a bit rainy yesterday. Mowed the whole lawn in record time (although, I didn't time it which I should have done). Ha ha, the neighbors haven't mowed yet - so my lawn looks better, for the moment.

Got to the lawn before 10 AM!

Eight days ahead of last year! Got it done before it started raining. Grass was wet anyway but can't expect miracles.

I think it hit the windshield at mile 333.4.

Yesterday was so bright, sunny and hot; I knew today would be better for mowing and sure enough it was just about ideal. The little dark part in the upper left corner of the picture is not my finger. It is the automatic lens cover that didn't retract all the way. Mower started on first pull of the cord. No problem.

Yesterday was all about naps and I went to the thrifty store but didn't find anything good to buy.

Only took me an hour or so to mow the lawn after I went and got a gallon of gas. Last week was using gas from last summer.

Totally started mining Bitcoins today; fantastic!

When I dragged the mower out of the garage I thought I'd have take the flippin carburetor off and mess with it for hours to get the thing to run. Nope. Pushed the primer bulb three times, pulled the starter cord and it fired right up the first time!

The grass was pretty thick and damp. Good thing I didn't put off mowing for another week. I usually wait until the grass is impossible before I tackle it.
