I started reading Free: The Future of a Radical Price by Chris Anderson on Google Books. They have the whole book there that you can read on line (for free). It's pretty good. He's a pretty good writer. It's about the economics of the digital/internet age. He got into a little bit of controversy for taking some stuff from Wikipedia without attribution but oh well. The book is also available for free on Scribd.com but the interface there is so horrible that I couldn't read the book with the screen resolution I have.

It is coming up on 11:30 PM and my Radio Shack digital thermometer says that it is 78.4° inside. I have the a big fan going full blast trying to get some cool night air into the house. It's going to be hot tomorrow then there will be a cooling trend.

Plum tree in front of 'The Home': lot's of plums but they are smaller than usual because of a lack of rain, I would guess. I had a couple. Kinda sour and didn't set on stomach too well. Oddly the word 'kinda' doesn't garner a red underline from the editor...
